Mileage doesn’t matter when you’ve just crushed your goal time and PR’d by 10 minutes. All the big mileage months before paid off and November was time to recuperate, rebuild, rejuvenate. Starting to get back at it — finished the month with a 40-mile week, which sounds like a lot (and is, don’t get me wrong), but seems like a walk in the park after endless weeks in the 60s and higher. It’s funny how quickly “normal” can change!
