IMG_2961If you’ve been tuning in, you’ve already seen the weekly recaps from January so I’m going to make this a super-lengthy post.

Highlights:

  • New PR in the 10-mile distance, set on New Year’s Day
  • Four consecutive weeks at 49 miles or higher
  • Ran every day (not trying to “streak” but coach points out it’s easier to just know you’re running every day and to not have to think about it. Days off will happen as needed!)
  • 5 speed sessions, 2 “moderate” days, 1 hill day
  • Longest run of 16 miles
  • 234 miles run
  • 88 miles run on the treadmill
  • 41 total hours of fitness
  • Completed Pilates instructor certification
