- Pilates: 13 hours

- Leek Carbonara (from Jamie Oliver’s Ultimate Veg — there’s a version on his website but the one in his book is better)
- Cauliflower Bolognese
- Dal Makhani
- Carrot Wellington
- Stir fry (we use this sauce recipe)
- Pad Thai (I have my own hybrid recipe but here’s a good starting point)
- Fried Rice (this is a new-to-me recipe, recommended via Twitter, and I love it)
- Risotto with crispy mushrooms
- Aloo Matar
