Wow, February, there you went. SO SHORT. My total mileage wasn’t super high this month because a) there weren’t that many days and b) I raced twice and we backed mileage down for both. I also traveled the last week of February which forced me to take an off day and then I caught a bit of a cold that prompted taking off March 1, too. Two days off running in February. Also, I was really bad about #extrasalt this month — slacked on foam rolling, yoga AND strength training. *facepalm*
