Yes, I’m behind so this is short!
Lots of activities but not as intense as it looks, for sure. Back over the 40-mile threshold this week (by 2 miles) with some speedwork thrown in on Tuesday. It was a 4-mile progression run — 3 miles easy to warm up then 7:39, 7:28, 7:22, 7:10; 1-mile cool down.
I also rowed 5k and recorded some of my walks around downtown Louisville. I actually only taught one Pilates class because of work obligations, but I did take a power yoga class on Friday. It was hard — I was sore for three days!
