I’ve posted a lot in my training logs about my love for Jasyoga, but I haven’t gone into a lot of detail about it. I had the opportunity to be part of a Jasyoga blog post on “How Real Runners Use Jasyoga,” so you can read about how I use it — and how a number of other runners do, too!
How do you use Jasyoga in your training?
I enjoy yoga, but as a fitness instructor I can get to the point where I don’t want to be at the gym for another hour. Plus, timing the classes around my running and teaching schedule is tough. Jasyoga allows me to incorporate a yoga practice that suits my specific needs.
Most used/favorite Jasyoga Video? Why?
I love the 5-Minute Resets that I can do at home OR during the workday to help keep everything moving right. Being able to access Jasyoga from any device really opened up my ability to incorporate yoga on a regular basis. The expanded video collection provides opportunities for strength-training, balance work, mobility and flexibility — but also the mental side and staying in tune with my body.
