
Ah! Late recap because of the holidays.
Monday: 8 miles, 63 minutes, 141 AHR. Early morning dark and frigid. 14 degrees, windchill of 5, which is definitely cold in these parts. Generally unremarkable but those are the days when I try to remember that every day is a day to get closer to my goals. Every mile, no matter how unremarkable, is a mile closer to my dreams.
Tuesday: 10 miles, 77 minutes, 149 AHR. Ten mile treadmill Tuesday. Workout of 3x 3-2-1 minute hard efforts with 2 minute jogs. Wasn’t feeling this workout when I started it but was happy with how it went.
Wednesday: 6 miles, 51 minutes, 129 AHR. Really easy with friend plus jog stroller and baby. Taught Pilates afterwards and made myself sore.
Thursday: 8 miles, 60 minutes, 152 AHR. Great day — cut out of work early to run while it was warm and sunny. 30 minutes of continuous hills. Glutes were toast on Friday. Taught Pilates Strength after.
Friday: 6 miles, 48 minutes, 137 AHR. Off work, easy midday miles with a friend.
Saturday: 12 miles, 91 minutes, 150 AHR. Negative split run (middle 10 miles split in half, 7:43 and 7:18 averages). Drizzly but warmish.
Sunday: 4 miles, 32 minutes, 141 AHR. With my bestie in from out of town, and featuring a little GoPro action with my new toy!
Totals: 54 miles run, 2 Pilates classes taught.
